I would like to know the status of my daighter’s PRTD application. Recieved reuest for passport submission last April 8 and passport was return April 15 without PRTD. Until now no update. We we’re both stuck here in the Philippines and no assurance when to get her PRTD. We travel together and apply PRTD at the same time. i got mine last april 15. Please help me with this matter. We already cancelled two flight because of this. Now we arr schedule again to return to Canada on May 1.

Hi I would like to know the email address in Manila,Phils.and I want to make an appointment to ask regarding our Permanent Residence Status if still valid since we stayed longer(15yrs) in Phil's. but we accumulated present in Canada for764 days in 5years .our PR card expired March 25,2014.My 2 sons they are citizen ,as citizen are they allowed to go back to Canada anytime even stayed in Phil's for 15 years ?.He left Canada aftr 2 months of giving birth.And the other child travel 3 times within 5 years but stayed outside Canada(Phil's.) for 15 years.May you find time to respond and we are hoping for your immediate response. .
