Edgardo Soto
Hello, good day, best regards.
This is Edgardo Soto, I live in the Philippines for educational reasons, I am Costa Rican and I urgently need to complete a procedure to apply for a driver's license here in the country.
In the place where I am applying for the license, they are asking me for a document related to the translation of the current Costa Rican one and they tell me that it must be processed at the Costa Rican embassy.
Please, I need you to give me an appointment to attend and complete this procedure.
Thank you very much, I await your response.
Have a blessed day!
